Orientation Psychotherapy, ask what you want to know
During an orientation meeting, you can ask any questions you'd like. The goal of an orientation meeting is also to determine whether therapy is a good way to address your concerns. The therapist will strive to understand you as best as possible. They will ask you questions about your past experiences and your current life. What do you experience as positive and what as negative?
At the end of the initial consultation, the therapist will provide a brief summary and share their impressions. They will then assess whether they are the right person to help you.
