The purpose of the questions and answers page is to provide you with as much information as possible.

Consultations are partially covered by your supplementary insurance. You must have supplementary insurance that includes coverage for "psychosocial therapy.".

Because the practice doesn't provide indications, the costs are NOT covered by basic insurance. If you have a referral from your GP, you are entitled to reimbursement from your basic insurance (minus your deductible). If you want this, you will need to find a different practice. The healthcare provider there will then provide an indication.

Wait times are usually two weeks. During the holidays, the wait time is longer.

The practice and therapist are members of a professional association, quality register, and disciplinary body. In addition to quality assurance, we strive for maximum transparency.
